Suspension over 90 days?? No chargesheet till date.. no extension and no resonate order even no revocation...
If now authority give posting on revocation outof Mumbai.. is it valid.. before suspension no memo or warning given.. direct suspension only on biometric location... Punching also in time.. but location set by authority is wrong where I punching since 4 month.. but now they charge many more things is it valid after 90 days of suspension... I can challenge transfer or chargesheet order
Well, you can challenge the Suspension by sending a Legal Notice first. If things don't get sorted via sending Legal Notice, then, a Civil Suit can be filed in the concerned Court of Law under the concerned provisions of Law.
