Sir my father is small businessman with annual income 80000.I am asst manager in PSU bank with annual income 550000 lacs.I am in Non creamy layer or creamy layer.Please guide me With Thanks Jitendra Kumar

Yes you are entitled to be a part of the Non- Creamy Layer as the your father falls under the creamy layer criteria and as per the definition prescribed the the government he is not earning more than Rs. 8 lakhs annually
