How much time does it take to get a succession certificate in case of society flat?
obtaining succession certificate from court may require time ranging from 9 months to a year..the registry takes time and therefore no particular time period can be mentioned in such a scenario..the departmental procedures are time consuming and currently with the civil courts it's difficult give a particular time line as to within what time frame will the certificate be issued.

there is maximum time limit is 6 months if all documents are clear and no any objection raised against u.
if so, it depends on facts of case. therefore it is better to go before court with clean hAnd.
