Hi, i am a street food vendor, of a colony in Hyderabad, not on main road, i have street vending licence, running the business on push kart from 5 years and suddenly yesterday traffic police not letting us do business, there are other push karts, they not touching them, no other push kart have licence. How to handle this? We are living on this pushkart.
as you said if you have proper street vending licence from the local authorities i.e. GHMC and permission to run business then you can get a direction form the court by filing writ petition seeking directions to traffic police.
