Stoped me from appearing in competitive exam

They didnt let my brother give UP TET exam because he was not carrying an extra document (original marksheet), in other centres they let them give exams those who was not carrying same documents. What can i do ? P.s. It was mentioned in the admit card that you have to carry that document.

If the marksheet specifically specified that the original marksheet was required, you will find it very difficult to challenge their act. However, you can challenge the legality of this rule and also question the act on the ground that it was unfair and biased.

As you have been stopped for the right to excess forwhich, you have applied for your best future and the preparation done by you for the exam that can only be analysed through giving such competitive exam.therefore you can seek compensation and damages in remedy,
