Stay order related queary validity of stay

I am in govt job. I am transfer by govt. I file a writ petition for stay. I got stay like this " in the meanwhile and till the next date, effect and operation
of the order dated 30.09.2019 (Annex.-5) qua the petitioner, shall
remain stayed.
List the petition on 24.10.2019. does it valid after 24.20.19. if next hearing date given by court.
your questions is about the stay order as you wrote the order if on date of stay order you were not releved you may work on the same post like there is no transfer order, but is some one join at the same you have to wait till next date for further
