Stay order granted from court on our property

14-May-2024 (In Civil Law)
We have successfully granted stay order on our 5 acre property and have submitted the stay copy in court. Also SI has given warning to the defendant to not enter in their property. What if the defendant tries to harm or destroy our agricultural farm in our absense, we will not have any proof as they have done these and also they had try to do the same in the past. What will be the remedy for us in these case if these things still continues then stay will be no use for us. (no cctv putting optio)

To stop Defendant from trying to harm or destroy your agricultural farm, you can appoint guards. Those guards if they will not be able to protect your farm, they can become witnesses for sure and their testimony can become very helpful for you to win your case.
