society not agreeing for terrace work, plz advice if we r right or not

Hi Sir, loc-HydnBuilding 2 yr old. Terrace leak as poor construction. We r top floor residntsnSociety denying repair for reason like:n1 Only 2 yr old, so builder shud don2 Only top flr pay fr terracen3 Terrace is not common arean4 Thr r other pending issues nBut, All top flr owners came 5 months ago. Pending issues r from 2 yrs. no one took action from thennBcoz of rain inner wall wil damage and get current shock in switch.nWe r wiling to pay in advnce and recover in maintenance pls hlp

hi you could send legal notice to the society management to repair the building or necessary structures as it is becoming to difficult to live in the house and it is creating lot of problems and inconvenirnce and if they failed to act then you could proceed legally
