Sister occupied my property and built house on it and now threatening

My property was occupied by sister and she built a small house in it and let it for rent by him.And threatening us with local rowdies. And now what can we do
in this case you can send her a legal notice stating your demands and concerns. If they do not comply with the terms of the notice, then you can file a civil suit of your jurisdiction. you can also file a complaint in the nearest police station under section 420 of IPC.
