Sibling Possession Of Parental Property

29-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
My mother was living with younger sister on(mothers property) both our houses are nearby. My younger sister gave false promises(like il take care of you and give 5 lakh money for your personal use) to my mother and gift deeded the property after that within a week of registration she threw my mother out and my mother came to me for shelter and immediately we filed a civil court case and we won the case and the registered gift deed was canceled by the court and we registered the case true copy document. After the case winning (myself and mother) were verbally abused whenever we met at the streets because of this mother wanted me to get hold of the property and my mother did a settlement deed of her property to me. Ques:Now the younger sister and her family are abusive and violent, how to move them out of the property? The case took nearly 12 years can they own property ownership now?how to evict them?does it cost more years and money?
