Shop in front of the house causing noise pollution/nuisance.what to do

There is a shop running in residential area exactly in-front of my house since many year. It is creating tremendous amount of noise pollution. Average 200 vehicles visits daily this shop, Shop owners shouting disturbs our lives. Due to traffic jam passing by vehicles honks further adds nuisance. We have to keep our doors and windows shuts full the time. Some how they have got license from shop and establishment and also legalized illegal construction by impact fee. So as per municipal authorities it is legal. Neighbors are not supportive though they are also suffering less or more. (typical indian mind set) since my house in infront of shop and direct affecting my peaceful life. How can I fight this situation? Can I alone fight without help of neighbors?Help would be grateful.
