Shop damage due to fire break out in neighbor can i claim compensation

My shop got partially damage due to short circuit in neighbor shop. I and my neighbor both do not have insurance. Can I claim for compensation with my neighbor for this ?
You can send them a legal notice stating your concern and demands. If they fail to comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a civil suit in the court of civil jurisdiction. You can hire a good lawyer and draft your complaint .
