Service allocation order compliance

Dopt denied service allocation to me , I filed o.a. in CAT delhi , CAT allowed o.a. and ordered DOPT to allocate service in 2 months with all consequential benefits ,
But till date dopt has not allocated the service and they are saying that they have filed the appeal in HC but no listing is there too,
I wanted to know whether I should file a contempt petition in CAT? What remedies I can get through Contempt petition ,
And contempt petition goes to same bench of judges whi have passed the order or any bench ?
Hi first of all what is the order and all what does the court say what does the court say why is Hc listing not been done u can file a fresh case in Hc and find remedies and all where the court and will allow u to argue what is the court order and all u can file it in Hc

yes, you can file contempt petition before same bench of the CAT. They will issue notice to the DOPT. They will appear before the court and inform if any appeal filed before the HC or not, otherwise what is the reason for delay. The Court will take action as per contempt petition if they are not satisfied with the answer of the DOPT.
