Sell my share of land property inherited by my family

My late dad died intestate and left a land property for us three brothers and mother. My other brothers and mother don't want to sell the property and they are ok with me selling my share. Kindly let me know how this works and the procedure that needs to be followed for me to sell my share and register it to a buyer.

dear sir you get legal heir certificate from Mro and mutation had to be done India Municipal records and then you can sell your property by selling your property all the legal Heirs Hai To signed document if an opportunity given to me I can do it mutation work

You may file suit for partition and claim your part of the share illegally. In case your mother and brothers are willing to settle then ask for an agreement and get the same registered to the extent of your share. Should you have any queries please feel free to call.
