Hi
Not sure whether charge sheet is filed.
if charge sheet is not filed, then you might not have any problem in joining the central government job.
Offences of 323 read with 147 IPC is serious compared to 448 IPC.
If chargesheet is filed, better to apply for discharge petition in the court u/s239 of IPC or file a quash petition u/s 482 cr.p.c and get the case quashed before joining central government job.

Hello, pending criminal cases always little bit negative marking. It is better to speak with the complainants and try to get it compromise, because if you compromise the matter, it is good for your clear record.

mere pending of case under IPC will not constitute reason for withdrawal of selection only when the offence against you is proved beyond reasonable doubt and you got conviction in lower court then it would effect the regular job
