Seepage from upper flat want a good legal advice.

There is a seepageleakage from upper flat owner. It's happening frequently. Owner is not interested to do work. This is repetitively happen. What would be best solution to teach lesson to him and society.
As per your query
it is the responsibility of the person residing on above your floor to repair the leakage. as per bye laws of the society the concerned person is legally bound to repair the leakages and corporate with this society. incase the concerned person does not co-operate you need to issue a letter to the society asking cooperation from the concerned person. finally if the concern person does not operates you need to issue a legal notice to him and thereafter file a complaint before the registrar.
