See I'm a student I paid the pg rent for the month December and security for January and once again

See I'm a student I paid the pg rent for the month December and security for January and once again paid in January so i paid for 3 months 2 rent 1 security for December January and Feb now he is saying that to pay once again in February but I to leave it in March so he is saying if I want leave in March also I should pay for February month. So i don't understand anything please help me fast to clear my doubt. He is you cannot Leave without a month notice

You can leave in case of urgency and it must be told to the owner or landlord in advance. Generally, two or one-month security is asked to deposit and it is completely to be returned when the premise is vacated in the same condition when it was let out. No one can be forced to deposit more than the requesite.
