Secretary has only access to the Email id - Co housing society

Our building secretary has taken access to the official email id of our society and has not shared it with any office staff. She is afraid of the complaints and a to hide Can she do it?

Well, in that case, the Committee Members of the Society should call an Emergency Meeting to discuss and pass an agenda to remove Society Secretary with immediate effect and to change the Email Address of the Society which's password shall be kept hidden from the current Secretary.
