Sealing of welding workshop or stop activities therein permanently.

Dear Sir, I am residing in Rohini, Delhi-110085 alongwith my family including small grand daughters, who are going to pre-primary school. There is DDA's a small local shopping centre opposite to my residence. Recently, some one has taken a shop there on rent and opened a welding workshop. Because of iron cutting/beating, welding, etc., there is heavy noise and harmful gases emitted from the welding, our peaceful life has been disturbed like anything. Can you kindly suggest as to how I can get rid of the same. Can it be sealed if I move a complaint to the concerned Authorities. Please advise the right and remedial course of action to be taken up in the matter. Regards.
