SDMC ने फ़र्ज़ी सेल डिड से ऑनलाईन नक्शा पास करके बिल्डिंग बनवा दी

Sir,
मैंने 2016 में माननीय हाई कोर्ट में WRIT PETITION W.P.(c)/2018 लगाई थीं जिसमें माननीय हाई कोर्ट ने फ़र्ज़ी सेल डिड के ख़िलाफ़ कार्यवाही करने के लिए SDMC को ऑर्डर किय़ा लेकिन एक साल हो गए लेकिन सम्बन्धित अधिकारी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर रहे है और RTI में जवाब दिया है की अभी संबन्धित प्रॉपर्टी पर कार्यवाही विभाग में विचाराधीन हैं इधर बिल्डरों ने पूरी बिल्डिंग बना ली है l 2016 में इसी प्रॉपर्टी का नक्शा 2 बार REVOCK हो चूका हैं फ़र्ज़ी सेल डिड के आधार पर जिसके सारे सबूत हैं लेकिन SDMC बिल्डरों से भारीभरकम रिश्वत ले कर कार्यवाही नहीं कर रही है कृपया बताए मुझे आगे क्या क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए l
और आपसे पर्सनली मिलने की फीस कितनी हैं कम से कम l

agar aapne high court mein writ ddali thi aur wahan se aapko favourable order mil gya hai toh, ab contempt ki application daal sakte hain. Court ke aadesh ka ulanghan SDMC dwara Kiya ja rha hai. isse ke saath demolition of property/building ki bhi interim application lagati jayegi
