School not issuing transfer certificate ie TC

I am a student of a cbse affilated school of meerut. I am currently in class 11th and i want my school to issue a tranfer certificate as i no longer want to study in their school, but our principal isn't issuing as he is asking 3 months fees,, july august september,, and i am applying for tc in july,, i already paid my april may june fees,, but he is asking fees for the months i wont even study in that institution and my family could not afford that. Can anyone please help me?

hello as per your query I would suggest you to please go through the rules and regulations given by the school at the time of admissions in that it will be written whether you are liable to pay this fees or not as you are taking a TC in middle of the session if it says that you have to then without it you won't be able to get your transfer certificate . for the information on this you may contact me with the registered mobile number with Lawrato.
