School Has Restigated My Colleagues Daughter on behaviour ground we want her to be re instated and also file harrassment complain and claim compensation

Before answer your quarry I need to know about School, it is government or private institution. Because in case of government institutions you can file writ under article 226 Constitution of India before Hon'ble High Court. High Court is the fastest way for releif.

The restigation is only be done on the basis of the student's behaviour and the academic history and it's only in the hand of Dean/principal of the school. As a parent you also have to see and teach your children to behave otherwise they will be restigated from the school.. The only options are here is to go have a meeting with the Dean of the school with an apology letter and request for re admission or else you can file a complaint against the school for harrasment to student which resulted in change in behaviour of the student.
