SC CERTIFICATE LOST AND WANT TO REPRINT

My father died when i was 2 years old ,we were living in joint family after my father death,my mother made sc certificate of her and mine in 2011.my uncle kept those certificates.recently we parted with our joint family and my uncle is not giving our sc certificate.sir ,pls tell me how to reprint or got those old sc certificate as i am in need .
These certificates have to be renewed on yearly basis from Sub District Magistrate for reissue of your certificate you need, SC certificate issued by SDM to any of your family member on the basis of that certificate new certificate would be issued
