30-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
The property in dispute is bought by our father's grandfather. It is a 11 cent property. There are 7 legal heirs now. My brother has sold 6 cents in the property in 2005. And the buyer has taken possession. What can we do now

In this case, I would like to know other legal hires are signed any documents and further send a legal notice about the partition of property including subsequent buyers. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
