Salary Not Paid since September, when asked "Sir, Is Unavailable",

What should I do, I'm not paid since September. I've requested them alot of time, they're not even bothered..please help
please send them a legal notice demanding the payment of your dues since the month of September. once they reply to the notice you will have a clearer picture..if they do not reply to the notice then it would be advisable for you to file the case.

first give them a notice period by email ask them to pay your salary if they are still not replying then send them legal notice through lawyer as then to pay you a salary or else you will take legal action against them

Send them a Legal Demand Notice to recover Money. In the Legal-Demand Notice under an Advocate's Letter-head, you can claim Principal Amount which the Debtor/Loan Seeker owes you + 18 percent annual interest. from the filing of the suit till the time you recover money in your hands. However, you can file the case to recover your outstanding money only if he fails to pay you within the stipulated period as you would mention in the notice i.e of 15 Days or 30 Days.
