can a principal rusticate a student on receiving recurrent complaints from a group of students against such student to the principal..

yes principal can restigate the students in college on the ground of disciplinary action it may for day week etc but for full time he need rock strong evidence against you otherwise he can't . because there's a appeal procedure against the action of the principal

Yes, Principal will be within his legal, ethical as well as moral rights to restigate such a student. However, if such complaints are false, such student need to prove it, then only, such student will able to challenge the restigation.

yes, the principal can do so in the interest of discipline of the institution. the principal has written complaints and they are sufficient proof for the principal to take such drastic steps against such student.
