Running shop on late father's property brother troubling what can i do

Sir my father had a house measuring 65by35 .I have in my occupation 10by25 rest has been occupied by one my brother forcbally .we r seven brother and sisters.father. Died without leaving any will.it has not yet been legally transferred.i have running a shop in portion I occupied for the last 20 year. Ow I have decided to close. My activities and rent the shop.my question is 1. Caa I rent the shop 2. If my other brother creats any problem what action can be done?
Frist of all you sanctione motation of your share in disputed property, and after it file a civil suit against your brother and others , from whome apprehension of enterfarence in your possession.after completion of the process you can give shop on rent.

according to law you have 1/8 th share in the property left by your father. As per your statement you have possessed the property less than his share. legally you can given his share on rent to any one, but in avoid to any controversy in future, you must approach to court for partition the property.
