Rule for distruction of illegal construction after 144 decree

My neighbour after verbal mutual consruct his building in boundary line but after few months he denied to mutual nd made half of construction forcefully. After filling case court stop his contribution nd gave decree in favour of me .we now want to clear our boundry according to law nd want some land space bothside of boundary line nd want to destruct his illegal construction..pls suggest how we can further proceed after this matter legally

First of all tell me one thing what is in the judgement which has been passed in your favour. And whether you filed execution case or not in this regard. Because if you file execution case then the defendant will not be allowed to any construction on the settled plot.
