RTI filing by US Citizen and OCI holder

Hello,nI am a US citizen and have an OCI. I need to file to request information via RTI. Is this possible? Can you help with the RTI filing.nnThank you

It does not matter, whether you are a NRI or PIO or a Foreign Citizen or an Indian Citizen, in India, you can file RTI to seek whatever information which is available under the public domain of Government Departments but it should not Breach someone's Privacy and it should not be Defence sensitive information
