Road issue demanding money to use


12-Jul-2024 (In Civil Law)
As per my document they mentioned 25 feet road and sold site and they sold road earlier to us with other people. It's revenue we constructed house 2017 now kept fench and demanding high money to use the road.this is the only road we are using.around 10 other site also using the same ..this road bbmp kept water line,sanitary line,electrial poll is there what is the legal option to solve this problem

don't worry as the law no one deny for road and water and other issue as per the as per law you will get remedy as well as to solve road issue problem and no need to pay any single single penny to anyone your right get remedy in the matter and any further information you can contact us

Dear Client, Based on your question, If BBMP illegally demand money, you can send a legal notice to BBMP for illegally demanding money.
