Hi, We are Slum Dwellers in Mulund Mumbai. As per DP Plan 2034 We Rehabilitate on Road Construction. But We want to know correct Information of Road Cutting Law.Like Who Can give the order of Road cutting, Government can give alternate home in our area, how to appeal them, if builder redevelop our society then its hold. please confirm the same.
First of all, you have to find out the concerned authority which is going to evacuate you guys from the Building & as such which has been planning to demolish your Building for Public Infrastructure.
Any Formal-Order of the Road Cutting for the Public Interest at large by the concerned authority of the State Government or Central Government will be reflected in Gazette of India & as such, after that formal declaration, prescribed time limit under the concerned act will be alloted to you for raising objections on such Land Acquisition of your Building/Demolition of your Building for Road Construction, during such prescribed time-limit, you can mention about - How much compensation you would like to get or some injections if you have any from giving your Buiding Land to the Government for creating Road, part of Public Infrastructure.
