Road access from our home to the govt constructed road

we constructed a home 12 years back, but there is a road to the north side of our house, but actually it is the land owner by other and they left it for the road, so they did not give acces to us even we requested several times, so we are accessing through a small way from others house, which is actually not the way. Now, the owners which they have refused to give us constructed a 5 floor apartment in their land and constructed a cement road and they said they constructed it by their own money, but I came to know though RTI that it was constructed by the government officials, so i would like to know whether I will be having access to that road as it now goes to the govt and as a tax payer i too have the right. Please advise

hi if the road is consrructed by govt officials then you would have access to road and if the neighbours are refusing then u can file a police complaint against them for blocking the road and to take necessary action against them
