Right to property of flat on my own name

My husband has passed away. I have married a Muslim and I am out- of my own house from 2018. Now I want to file a civil case against my in-laws and brother-in-law who is staying in my house. What should I do? The house was on joint name of me and husband so after his death according to Muslim law they are not moving out of my house. I am out of my own house

you will have to file a suit stating that you have been thrown out of the house despite the fact that you are the true and rightful owner of the flat. have those documents ready which state that you are the true owner of the flat and that the flat is in your and your late husband's name.
