My grandfather (age 84) have land. But my uncle had cheated my father and took sign on hakksodpatra and vatappatra in diwani court. Uncle registered land from my grandfather to uncle two son. 7.12 not registered yet we have submitted objection letter to talathi office also tahasil office. What should I do to cancel this court order. My father two Sisters also sign same paper. 8 Dec. This was happened in dewani court..
If your father's consent is obtained by fraud from your uncle.Then you can file suit for cancellation of decree, partition,sale deed or release deed etc.on the ground of fraud.But for which reason your father consented for that.
