result without giving sufficient chance for preparing for exam

My son is a student of (ABC University) and appeared in III Semester exams held in Dec'2019. As per the result declared, he failed in one exam. As a result, as per Univeristy rules he was appeared to take re-examination held in Jan, 2020. However, in re-examination he again failed and now as per University Rules he has to appear in the subject in which he has failed, next year. In other words his one academic years is wasted.
The point to be noted is that as per Univeristy rules, if a student is failed in first attemtp, before conduct of re-examination "remedial classes" are held. And a student is expected to attend all remedial classes. In our case, no remedial classes were held and students were made to re-appear without any remedial classes.
Now I request you to "LAWRATO" to explore the posibilility of legal procedure, that may help us saving one year of my son.
if the by laws set by the college were not followed definately legal action can be used and an action can be worked out further we can see what solution the college gives and oce we have a detailed discussion and know which university it is we can give you a solution

you can approach high court for the same issue and argue on rule book of the university that students are given Right to preparation which includes responsibility of college to arrange for extra classes and if lapse is there opportunity to rectify same be provided at the earliest and let him continue wd next year.
