Respected sir/mam,nni am buying site in bangalore, but actual site area is 1200sqft, but seller's sale deed showing 1452 sqft, can i get registered this for 1200sft or 1452sft, which is better option? nif registration will be done for 1200 sqft, any rectification deed to be executed first? or executing only fresh sale deed in my name is enough by mentioning actual area i.e. 1200 sqft, neighbours have encroached some portion of site. seller is ready to execute sale deed for 1452 sqft, pls advise

Hai.. I will assist you with respect to the issue. It is advisable to register for full whatever the earlier sale deed shows. but if the physical possession is only for 1200, u can pay only for that for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
