Respected Sir /mam ,My Uncle 's 5 children went to a private school during (2019-2021) where he worked as a driver with a promise of free education as that school was lacking students strength , .It was covid situation , The school never paid him salary and school was not even functioning properly during covid . they are not giving TC .children could not other schools for 3 years at home . (1rst girl 10th std 2nd 8th )kindly give advice

You can raise a complaint with the education authorities against the school for not issuing transfer certificates for your uncle's children. And, the children can be admitted to other school without transfer certificate, except for child who has completed 10th standard.
