resigning and joining back in old service can i do

I was working as medical officer in Kerala Health services and after 9 months of service I got relieved from that post to join CAPF as medical officer, after getting NOC and permission from Director of health services.(i furnished a letter to releiev me from duty to join the new post). can I join back to my old post in kerala health services after resigning from CAPF. I have 4 years of service in CAPF
Central Armed Police Forces shorty CAPFs are armed forces under Ministry of Home Affairs of Government of India.Resignation (other than technical resignation) entails forfeiture of past service.A resignation shall not entail forfeiture of past service if it has been submitted to take up, with proper permission, another appointment, whether temporary or permanent, under the Government where service qualifies.
Actually your posting is not based on department transfer so it could not be joint in Kerala Health services again.
