if you have the roof rights then only it is possible to restrict the person legally to shift the water tank. if you do not have the roof rights then such a procedure is not possible under DDA Acts. kindly check with your documents if you have the roof rights or not

whether the first floor owner can shift the overhead tank to your roof depends on the sale deed of your second floor property. if there is no such provision in the sale deed you can definitely stop her from shifting the overhead water tank to your roof. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Things will be followed as per the registered documents of that particular property. Nothing as per wish of the property owner can happen with the property. Rules are to be followed. If you wish to follow the law in this regard, then approach the DDA or the concerned authority with a request to provide solution.

We will have to review your sale deed before advising you on this matter. Further clarifications are also needed in regard to 'corresponding roof'. Do contact me in person, and I'll try to sought out whatever issues you might have

Yes, we can send them a legal notice thereby restraining them from not shifting the water tank and if they do not address your issues then we can proceed to file a suit for injunction against them before the appropriate court of law
