How should i go about it to get a leave of absence sanctioned from Hon Court due to health reasons could not be able to attend any hearing proceedings. Do suggest means and ways to do it.
You can communicate to your Advocate and told him due to I'll health you cannot present in court.
Then Advocate can file application for exemption of presence in Court.Then court can at its discretion pass appropriate order and exempt to present in court.
