Sir I purchased a flat and the apartment consistent of 12 flats builder executes sale deed clearly mentioned not to encroachment and not to install grills not to distrub other flat owners.etc. the same is mentioned in sec 11 , 24 Telangana apartment promotion and ownership act. My neighbours willfully installed iron AngularJS and grill at common area corridors wall and also installed the ac outdoor units near my balcony. Apartment not regd.under society act.Where shall I go for lodge a complaint and the above act is applicable or not guide me plz......
first you can complaint to municipal corporation, RERA office and registered society then file to case against them consent court,
