Remedy for ncroachment of common land

I have a plot which has common way to enter the national highway but that road is on my neighbour name who prevent me from walk on that road is there any legal way or law through which I use that road for pass
U may be prevented from using neighbours road unless u purchase the land.or pay rent to the neighbour for use of land provided neighbor agrees to your proposal?.....
