Remarried widow asking share in property from ex-inlaws is it legal

A women's husband had died.But she had married with another person but now her died husbands father have a chance to give a property to her minor children??. As she had married to another men. the problem is she had married with another person and she is demanding our property.. as per law can we give her the property?

when women is remarried and her rights with previous in-laws property extinguishes and if only any child or legatees are alive who given birth through her former husband and as a guardian she can seek their share in the status of guardian
