my father sold land to my fathers brother wife it was a gift registration and i have not signed .Its ancestral property and and registration was done in 2001.Can i file a case.They took my fathers sign on blank documents as he is uneducated.
Yes as it is ancestral property it cannot be transfered without consent of all the legal heirs, you can file a civil suit in jurisdictional court making necessary parties for cancelation of sale deed
