Registered Marriage And Girl Give Statement In My Oppose

I am a government survent. My age 21+. I want marry a girl age 18+. I want to marry her in arya smaj temple and after that get registered. After marriage if girl give statement in my oppose in pressure of parents. Then what can happen to me. How i can be safe in such situations. We both are hindu.

Hello since you are in marriageable age you can marry each other with free consent. You will have to sign affidavit when you go to arya samaj mandir. Keep photographs and video of marriage to prove marriage with free consent. Keep two witness also get one affidavit notarized entered in register with photographs in register and on affidavit duly notarized.

- Both being adult and if marry with consent, shall not attract any legal complications. - If girl gives adverse complaint against you, it shall go to proper investigation. - Do get your marriage registered post Arya samaj to avoid any complications. Regards Vivek Arya
