Regarding the correction of date of birth in the passport

03-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir, my SSLC certificate, aadhar, pan card, driving license, and passport have a different date of birth i.e, 13-11-1995 when compared to my birth certificate I.e, 14-11-1995. I am planning to migrate to Canada through PR. Will there be any problems in the future if I carry on with this date of birth? What should I do? is there a possibility to reissue my passport with my birth certificate as a document?

you had to file a declaratory suit before the munsiff court within the jurisdiction which you are residing with the prayer to correct the date of birth in the passport and once the same is allowed by the court, your passport will be issued with the corrected date of birth
