Regarding the Amendment In Class 10 and 12 Marksheet on D.O.B basis

My D.O.B in Class 10 and 12 Marksheet is misplaced (not correct) and also I have different D.O.B in my Adhar Card , So , Now I want to change my D.O.B in my Both Marksheet . Also , I don't Have My Birth Certificate ( It is not Made till now) . Can you provide me Best solutions I don't want to get involved in any Court Issue .

आपको सबसे पहले प्राधिकारी के समक्ष एक प्रार्थना पत्र में शुल्क जमा करना होगा उसके उपरांत मान्य उच्च न्यायालय में एक याचिका अपने अंग पत्र में जन्मतिथि संशोधन है दाखिल करनी होगी जिसके फलता आपका जन्म तिथि संशोधन होगी।

Hello you can apply birth certificate through district tehsil by providing all details on an application with affidavit than your date of birth certificate will be provided through various verification procedure conducted by officila of the tehsil.

To correct your date of birth, you will need to: 1. Create an affidavit and publish it in a national newspaper. 2. Apply for a Gazette notification, submitting the required fee. 3.
