The kea authority in Bengaluru is asking for the following document mentioned "a duly sworn declaration regarding the mother tongue of the candidates".nMy mother tongue is Kannada and I have to make a sworn declaration.nI need help regarding that maybe I can get a template.

Probably the authorities might be asking you to give sworn declaration affidavit. You may approach a counsel in your area and ask him to draft one such affidavit for you that you may file before the authority.
