You are entitled to receive your salary for the work performed, as per the Indian Contract Act and relevant Labour Laws. First, send a written demand notice/email to the company asking for pending dues. If they still refuse, you may approach the Labour Commissioner under the Payment of Wages Act or file a complaint before the labour court/civil court for recovery. Keep all evidence such as appointment letter, offer letter, salary slips, emails, or work proof ready. Legal action will ensure that your dues are cleared along with possible interest/compensation.

You first write a representation to the company. Send it by email and handwritten also. Get its receiving. After that send a legal notice through a lawyer. If they still dont pay , file a case in labour Court.

If a company is not paying your salary, it is a clear violation of your legal rights. Salary is not a favor, it is your rightful earned wage, and denial of it can attract both labour law action and even criminal liability against the employer. You have the following remedies: Labour Commissioner Complaint – We can file online, from home, compelling the company to release your dues. Legal Notice – A strong, properly drafted legal notice often forces companies to settle immediately. Civil/Recovery Suit or Writ Petition in High Court – If the amount is big or the company is stubborn, I can directly approach the High Court for your recovery with interest. Criminal Action – In some cases, non-payment amounts to cheating or breach of trust, which creates serious pressure on the employer. The best part is – with my tools and mechanisms, I can take up the matter entirely online from home for you. You won’t need to run to offices or courts – I handle everything, from notice to filing in High Court, ensuring a result-oriented process.
