Regarding Renewal of passport questions

Respected authority,nMy concern is my friend got married in Canada. And her Indian passport is expiring in few months. In order to renew it, if she doesn’t want to disclose about his marriage. What would be the consequences?? Because of family issues he did not tell his family. Could you suggest best advice.

No , it's not good to lie by not disclosing about your marriage because during police verification they can verify all the facts mentioned in the passport application form. If you are found a defaulter , you may be penalized for the same.
